Meal Crediting Coming Soon!

The backend is live and verified: velocity-report ingestion → ingredient classification into Nutritional Value Tiers → compliance-report generation. The user-facing screens are the next build in this connected app:

Upload a velocity / purchasing report (CSV or Excel)
Review ingredient tier classifications + reconcile tier conflicts
Generate and download a compliance report (tiers, score, local multiplier)

These wire to the Meal Crediting API (admin-gated), pending the same sign-in approach as the directory's admin tools.
