Producers submit profiles; your team reviews each one, runs any food-safety follow-ups, and decides whether it's ready to publish. Most profiles will need a human touch — that's expected at this stage.

How a review works

Verification flow: Claimed → Submitted → Under Review → [Not Ready · Needs Improvement · Ready] · Publish: [Published · Unpublished]. A produce profile auto-qualifies as Ready if its GAP matches the USDA list — or it has post-2023 FSMA training, a third-party-reviewed food safety plan, and ≥ $1M liability. Everything else enters follow-up.

Open a profile → read the producer's answers → complete the admin-only follow-ups (GAP cross-check, FSMA, the 8-category knowledge assessment, liability) → set the status. Each follow-up is saved with a date so the history builds over time.
